Lisa-Marie Redmann completed her degree in Business Psychology in Cologne and found her way to Vienna a year later. She gained her first relevant professional experience in HR at a German digital media company. She initially supported the IT recruiting team as an IT recruiting expert in the successful search for suitable talent and has now additionally taken on a coordination role in which she actively supports the team’s internal processes and organization.
