HR Coordinator
Laetitia began her career at Iventa in the summer of 2019 as an intern as part of the commercial academy. After graduating in 2021, she took on a variety of tasks in the areas of accounting, marketing and administration as Assistant Head Office. In her current position as HR Coordinator, she supports employees through the entire employee life cycle, promotes initiatives to increase employee engagement and further organizes internal training programs. She also develops new approaches to optimize internal processes and implements them in a targeted manner. Parallel to her professional activities, she is studying psychology.
