After holding various positions in the hospitality industry, Hannah Kreuz completed a bachelor’s degree in communications management. She then gained several years of experience in HR marketing and corporate communications at a recruitment consultancy with a focus on diversity. Her enthusiasm for strategic HR topics and employer brands led her to Iventa, where she has been supporting the team in employer branding since the beginning of 2025.
