Peter Ruff has many years of experience in facility management. At Iventa he is responsible for both maintenance- and, if necessary, minor renovation-work, and so he supports the daily routine.
Miriam Sampl studied Business Administration and E-Business Management at the University of Applied Sciences Krems and gained first pratical HR experiences in course of several internships. After completing her masters degree she started her career at Iventa assisting the HR consulting team Vienna. Soon she switched to the international team, where she is currently supporting international business activities in CEE/SEE in a coordinating role.
Laetitia began her career at Iventa in the summer of 2019 as an intern as part of the commercial academy. After graduating in 2021, she took on a variety of tasks in the areas of accounting, marketing and administration as Assistant Head Office. In her current position as HR Coordinator, she supports employees through the entire employee life cycle, promotes initiatives to increase employee engagement and further organizes internal training programs. Parallel to her professional activities, she is studying psychology.
Thorsten Wahlster worked in the health sector in Germany for 20 years until he moved to Vienna at the end of 2017. He worked as a system administrator for 3 years in the IT- department of a larger furniture company and brings a lot of experience to our company. At Iventa he supports the IT department and is responsible for the company’s IT infrastructure.
After completing her university degree in tourism management, Marie-Luise Wawris gained 18 years of experience in domestic and foreign hotels as well as online platforms for short vacations in Austria. She has been supporting our head office in all matters since the beginning of 2025. Always with a smile on her lips and encouraging words, she finds suitable answers to open questions for applicants, customers, and colleagues.
Claudia Widhalm started out at Iventa as customer advisor and moved up to team leader of the advertisement accounting team. Her team of four is responsible for supplier accounting and customer accounting of ad services.
Arzu is a responsible and determined person who likes to devote herself completely to new tasks. She was able to gain her first work experience in accounting in the tourism industry/ tour operator sector from July 2019 until the end of May 2022. Now she is a part of the Iventa team around Claudia Widhalm in advertising billing.
Evelyn Zimmel, office administrator, has years of experience in the area of accounting. A long-term part of the organisation structure, she is responsible for operational finance and controlling, and supports colleagues with difficult, unusual and challenging queries concerning these topics.
