Robert Koenes serves as Director of Iventa Personalberatung and Iventa IT-Recruiting. His key responsibilities include leading the teams in Vienna, driving national and international business development, and managing the search and selection of senior executives at the first and second management levels. Robert Koenes has over 20 years of professional experience in the IT industry with German and American corporations, including 13 years as Managing Director in Austria, the Czech Republic, Italy, and Switzerland.
Thanks to her bachelor’s degree in social economics and further training in the area of payroll accounting, it was clear to Ivana that she wanted to develop further in the HR area. She worked part-time during her studies and was able to gain experience in the field of retail, among other things. Her open and communicative nature makes her impressive in her work as a recruiting expert at the Linz location, where, among other things, she supports the consultants in the search for talented candidates.
As “woman of the first hour”, Barbara Kraft has over 30 years of experience in customer acquisition and -support. After her time as general manager and caring for her two children, today she is still responsible for the business development division.

After studying business law at the Vienna University of Economics, Leonie is currently studying business administration with a focus on HR management at the Management Center Innsbruck. At her previous employer, she already gained experience as a recruiting consultant in the life sciences industry and was also jointly responsible for market development in Austria. As a consultant at Iventa, she supports the recruitment team in achieving the perfect match between candidates and clients, focusing on sustainable success through individual and customized solutions.
Isabella Doeberl, native Upper Austrian, studied business administration with focus on organisation and business management at the University of Innsbruck and went on to accumulate years of work experience in business consultancy as well as industry. Ms. Doeberl is authorised signaroy of Iventa Management Consulting GmbH, and as Director supports customers in national and international searches and placement of management and specialist positions.
It has always been Doris Pannagger’s particular concern to focus on people. After studying commercial sciences with a focus on human resources, she worked in various HR positions in retail and industry. The experience gained, combined with training to become a certified systemic coach, is now being used by Iventa in HR consulting at the Linz location to successfully fill specialist and management positions.
