In addition to her master’s degree in communication management, she completed trainings as a certified systemic coach, systemic organizational and HR developer and trainer. As a consultant in the field of personnel and organizational development, she accompanies people, teams and organizations in change and development processes. In doing so, she always includes important social trends and attaches importance to sustainable, creative and easily implementable solutions.

Sophie Böck

Sophie has gathered a medley of experiences in the city and luxury hotel industry, ranging from receptionist to marketing specialist and eventually assistant to the management. She later traded her full-time job for studies and now holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration as well as a Master’s degree in Communication Management. During her studies, she made the decision to pursue a career change in a different field and worked as a project manager in a consulting agency specializing in employer branding before joining the Branding & Culture team.

Barbara Fiala has extensive experience as an organisational and management consultant within Austria and CEE. Complementary to her studies at the FH “Management-, Organisational- and Personnel Consulting” she successfully completed further education in Systemic Organisational Development, Management- and Organisational Constellations as well as Systemic Coaching and has a diploma in Psychological Counselling. As senior consultant for human resources and organisational development she accompanies people, teams and organisations in change- and development processes. Important for her is to, jointly with her client, find simple and practicable solutions that contribute to a sustainable solution

Wolfgang Kanduth enhances the Iventa Employer Branding Team in matters concerning the art of writing, conceptual thinking and creative perspective. Following several positions as a copywriter in award-winning Viennese advertising agencies, an eventful career in the music business and a university degree in literature, he offers spoken and written expertise with many years of experience. Besides traditional texting tasks, he is well accustomed with project delivery inside an agency, has developed an acute sense for quality as well as a deep understanding of the industry.

Onur Kaytan

Onur Kaytan spent more than six years in the Finance Industry until he finished his studies besides his job and changed his career path. Starting in 2014, he operated within digital marketing agencies and managed projects on all known online platforms. Now he is part of the Employer Branding Team where he helps clients creating digitally unique and attractive brands.

Silke Kurtz

Silke Kurtz is responsible for the Employer Branding & Development division. Her customers benefit from her degree in economic counselling from FH Wiener Neustadt with a focus on management, organisation, HR consulting and market communication, sales, as well as her certificate for Employer Brand Leadership from an international university. Her years of practical experience in this area strengthens her expertise – this is the basis for creating a successful employer brand and for solutions to strategic and operative challenges of a dynamic job market.

Melanie Lassl

In addition to her bachelor’s degree in corporate communications at the FH Wien WKW, Melanie Lassl completed her master’s degree in human resources and labor law at the FH Burgenland. During this time, she was able to gain experience in the areas of corporate communications, HR-Management and recruiting. At Iventa, she can bundle her previous experience and supports customers in the Communications & Strategy department in the course of employer branding strategy & HR communication processes.

Michael Lechner

Michael Lechner has been part of the Iventa Employer Branding team since 2023. He combines creative copywriting with an analytical mindset to deliver content that makes a difference. In his previous positions, he worked as a brand manager and head of an online editorial department. During this time, he was able to implement many creative campaigns and keep his teams on track to achieve their goals. He learned the basics of his creative work while studying content production and media management.

Claudia Marent

Claudia Marent studied journalism and communications at the University of Vienna. While still a student, she gained professional experience in the fields of public relations and corporate publishing. In 2012, she joined Iventa as a media consultant. Two years later, she moved to the Branding & Culture business unit, where Claudia Marent is responsible for the conception, planning, implementation and optimization of individual personnel marketing and recruiting campaigns, among other things.

Marcin Nalaskowski

Marcin Nalaskowski is an experienced Graphic Designer and creative character with multiple skills and interests in new media and upcoming technologies, always eager to learn new things. After several positions as a graphic designer and a diploma in multimedia art, he joined the Iventa Employer Branding Team in early 2020 to support with know-how in digital media and graphic concepts.
