Barbara Fiala has extensive experience as an organisational and management consultant within Austria and CEE. Complementary to her studies at the FH “Management-, Organisational- and Personnel Consulting” she successfully completed further education in Systemic Organisational Development, Management- and Organisational Constellations as well as Systemic Coaching and has a diploma in Psychological Counselling. As senior consultant for human resources and organisational development she accompanies people, teams and organisations in change- and development processes.
