Alina brings to her consulting work the business perspective gained in 12 years in the banking industry, with expertise gained in treasury and financial markets and having measurable achievements in the relationship with large corporate clients. She had managerial exposure for more than 8 years, being in charge with coordination of corporate sales teams, and was actively involved in projects related to local implementation of regulatory changes (MIFID I and II, EMIR, etc), as well as cross-functional bank projects. Alina’s consulting work spans across the Executive Search and the Employer Branding practices.
